We have the ability to service all fabrication needs within our NEW 26,000 sq. foot facility on 30 Acres of JV developed land. We can now service our clients more efficently while keeping our quality at the highest of standards. We can do all fabricating including pipe, miscellaneous structural steel and pipe support fabrication as well as module and skid manufacturing and assembly.

Specializing in Stainless Steel and Specialty Alloy Pipe Fabrication, our Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program allows us to maintain the highest level of excellence.

 

Welding Machines: Utilizing the newest in Welding Technology, we have the ability to perform all types of welding from SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW. However if a specialized procedure is required we can also perform High frequency Tig, Pulse Mig and Pulse Tig. Welding Equipment: Six power welding Positioners and a set of 10 ton power Rollers allow us to roll all pipe ranging in sizes from ½” to 72” diameters. Steel Fabrication Equipment: The latest addition to our fabrication equipment is a 65 ton Kingsland Steelworker, and a Waytrain 10” x 16” Horizontal Band Saw. Thus allowing us to fabricate Specialty Structural Steel Supports, pipe supports and Miscellaneous Steel for all types of projects.   Lateral and Dummy Leg Fabrication: Utilizing the EZ Pipe Software program we are able to Plot out templates for a variety of Stub on, Stub in, mitred fittings, repads, and dummy legs. Thus allowing us to speed up the fitting process and save our customers time and money.
