JV Driver can easily facilitate any fabrication project.  Our well lit, well maintained 20,000 square feet of fabrication space and over 80 Acres of fenced and security patrolled yard, allows for ample protection and storage of all project materials. Our full service shop can perform fabrication of all sizes and types of pipe, all schedules, and configurations.

    Our Computer automated Vernon Cutting Table and conveyor system allows us to cut all piping from 3” to 42”, and our Max Therm 200 Plasma gives us the ability to cut all alloys up to 1.5” thick.  It also allows us to cut saddles, re-pads, wear pads, and dummy leg profiles automatically. 

    Inside the shop, six high speed overhead cranes, ten 1 ton Jib cranes and one 2 ton Jib Crane, help maximize our handling efficiency and productivity. 

    Our Material lay down area for the shop is a 350’ long crane rail with one 10 ton Crane that is capable of feeding both sides of the Fabrication shop.

    Fourteen power welding Positioners and four sets of 10 ton power rollers allow us to roll all pipe ranging in sizes from ½” to 72” diameters, as well as tank fabrications.

    Our Licensed SpoolGen Piping Software program speeds up the Drafting time, making the fitting process more effective and reducing re-work, saving our customer time and money.
