JV Driver, Regional Winner of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures

Developing our most important resource, our people

JV Diver, a competitive results orientated contractor, has been named a regional winner, in Western Canada, for the "Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures 2010" award. This prestigious national award is founded and presented by Waterstone Human Capital, a leading professional recruitment, executive search and human resources consulting services firm based in Toronto.

"The leadership team at JV Driver inspires growth and trust by always placing their people first - people are the lifeblood of this organization," says Marty Parker, the president and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital; founders and presenters of the Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures program. "The core value of 'Taking Care of Each Other' is a main driver of their business and with their results coming in well above those of most of their competitors, JV Driver is a prime example of how corporate culture serves as a key competitive advantage."

"People truly are the core of our existence. Many members started working together over 20 years ago and this accomplishment wouldn't be possible without them, we are excited to see everyone's hard work and dedications translate into this award" says Chairman, Bill Elkington.

Since 2005, the Canada's 10 most Admired Corporate Cultures program has recognized leading Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage. This popular program begins in the spring of each year with the Canadian Corporate Culture Study and culminates in regional and national awards events.
